Lagos - The President-General of the Nigeria Football Supporters Club, Rafiu Ladipo has revealed that the group
will need N800-million to foot the travel expenses of at least 800 of its members to Brazil where they are
expected to cheer the Super Eagles at the World Cup.
Ladipo revealed that members of the group personally sponsored their trip to South
Africa were they cheered the cheered the national team at the African Nations Championship (CHAN), and pleaded
with the government as well as well-meaning Nigerians and corporations to come to the financial aid of the club.
Nigeria’s national teams have enjoyed great supporter that has seen them perform well in international and
continental competitions.
