Lagos - Super Eagles defender, Francis Benjamin has missed out on a move to Israeli Premier League.
The Heartland defender travelled to Israel just before the close of the winter transfer window to undergo a medical
before signing for the club.
He passed the medical but financial disagreement between Heartland and Hapoel Ironi Kiryat Shmona ensured the
deal was not sealed. The player is due for a return to the country.
