This is how he went to the swearing in ceremony of his new Economy Minister.
He has been described as "the world's poorest president", due to his austere lifestyle and the fact that he donates about 90% of his $12,000 (N1,920 000) monthly salary to charities that benefit poor people and small entrepreneurs.
